I'm most proud of serving as Partner and Co-CEO of #WeAllGrow - the most established digital and IRL community, uniting impactful Latinas and Latines who wholeheartedly support and uplift one another.

As a reflector (I’m kind of obsessed with Human Design), I’m keenly aware that I am highly sensitive to the energy and environment around me, so I’ve uncovered how to lead consciously on my own terms. I create each day from inner wisdom, which allows me to build without hustling - unlike the corporate conditioning that led me to burnout. I knew there was another version of myself waiting to take up space - one feeling safe in her divine feminine, tuning into her intuition as her guide.

My honest and soul-baring talks have brought me to world stages, from keynoting Forbes Most Powerful Women to receiving the inaugural Impulsa Award presented by Nationwide and The Hispanic Heritage Foundation.

After attempting to squeeze into others’ definitions of success, I'm now proof you can create mental and emotional freedom while exceling on your own terms—if you tune out limiting beliefs and tune into your inner intelligence system.
