Hola beauties! At the start of every new season, one feels like experimenting and so one way to feed the desire is to try a new look. I’ve been obsessing over new makeup looks to try this fall and decided to draw inspiration from beauty mavens that never disappoint. I’ve searched high and low and have listed the must-try looks that you have to rock this fall. In my opinion, trying a new beauty look is a good way to scratch the itch if you know what I mean. I’m all for a new hairdo, hair color, etc but you can achieve the feeling of change just by switching up your lip color! Here are 4 beauty looks that I will be experimenting with this fall and so should you!
Oh summer please don’t go! For many of us losing that summer glow is a real bummer but who says you have to? Sazan Hendrix shows us that with a little contouring and bronzer you can achieve that summer glow all throughout the fall. Sazan used the Maybelline FaceStudio Master Bronze Kit and the Maybelline Master Chrome Highlighter to achieve this look.
The ‘No Makeup’, Makeup Look
This is where understanding your true undertones and using the right foundation makes all the difference. If you don’t know whether you are a yellow, olive or pink undertone, I recommend heading over to a Sephora and asking them to color match you. A couple of tips: 1. Make sure your face is clean and makeup free 2. Make sure they have wiped clean the handheld device used to detect your skin tone 3. Pick two different lighting conditions within the store and test out a couple of foundations. Once you have the right foundation, make sure you lay on a primer before applying. The last step of this look is the highlighter paired with rose or plum based blushes for a more natural look.
Something about fall makes us incorporate more metallics in our wardrobe. I think they should be incorporated into your beauty routine as well. Desi Perkins shows us a bold way to experiment with metallics using the new Fenty Beauty Galaxy Collection palette. Not only is this look fire for date night but a more subtle version would be perfect for the daytime. This look inspires me to recreate it but for an everyday type of wear. I can’t be rolling into the office full metallic glam but I can take elements of this that are more appropriate for an office approved schedule. I’ll add this to my content calendar soon to be shown on my YouTube channel 🙂
Nadia shows us not only how to create a perfect fall look using non-bank breaking products courtesy of Maybelline but she wears that bold lip well. A bold lip is usually outside of the comfort zone for most of us but the fall season is perfect to test out darker and vampier colors.
